Returns made within 28 days of order

From when you receive your goods, you have 14 days to notify us at that you wish to return the items. You then have a further 14 days to ensure that the goods are received by us. You therefore have a total of 28 days to return any goods for a refund (subject to inspection of goods).

Please note: We reserve the right to ‘NOT’ issue a refund for returned goods if they are in anyway damaged, not in a resellable condition, lost in transit, not in their original packaging or returned outside of the time frame provided.

Returns made after 28 days of order

If goods are to be returned outside the 28 day time frame provided, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Depending on how long after the 28 day returns period you’re over, we may accept the return but add a restocking charge against the total refund.

The restocking charge percentage may vary depending on how long after receipt of the original order.

Email us at with the details of your order and the items you like to return, we can inform you of any restocking charges before proceeding with the return.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods can be returned at any time within the stated warranty period – please email stating the reason for return, delivery date and Invoice / Order number so we know that the goods are coming back and what the fault/s is/are.

Please note that the final decision as to whether the goods are faulty rests with the manufacturer.

If the goods are accepted as faulty then they will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We regret that, when faulty goods need to be posted back to the manufacturer for further assessment and we then must await their decision, this can be a rather lengthy process, which is out of our control.
